A former aide of a retirement community is being charged with raping at least one elderly resident of the facility almost twenty years ago. The victim was said to be both non-verbal and bed-ridden in the facility. However, newly presented court documents allege this man may have committed sexual crimes against two additional elderly residents at that same facility.
The former aide was arrested on February 27, 2019. At the time of his arrest, he was employed at a different health care facility as a registered nurse. Neither prosecutors nor investigators are currently commenting on what led to this man’s rape allegations. For more, read the story.
