A resident of a nursing home facility has been arrested following an allegations of sexual assault. According to a report, the alleged victim was a fellow resident living at the same facility as the charged individual. The alleged assault victim was recovering from a stroke that occurred prior to the purported assault.
The defendant has since been released on his own personal recognizance. A court date has been set for July 24, 2019. For more, read the story.
