Among the violations for one specific facility included failure to protect each resident from physical, mental, and sexual abuse; failure to provide enough food and fluids to maintain a resident’s health; and failure to provide safe and appropriate pain management for a resident. According to that facility, the home took immediate preventative measures to assess, re-train, and re-educate its employees. For more, read the story.
