An assisted living facility resident is accused of stabbing a worker at the center last week. The 53-year-old man appeared in court last Wednesday after being accused of attacking three people at the assisted living center.
According to police, the man was sitting in a staff member’s office when he suddenly began stabbing her in the neck and shoulder with a pocket knife. Two people were also injured while trying to help the staff member. The staff member was treated and released from the hospital. The resident was charged with with multiple assault charges.
