Water restrictions have increased as a nursing home found Legionella bacteria in its second building. The bacteria was identified in the first building when a patient got sick from the bacteria and contracted Legionnaire's disease. A second patient also got sick.
Legionnaire's disease is more dangerous for the elderly as they are more susceptible to getting sick from the bacteria with weaker immune systems. One out of 10 individuals who develop the disease die from it. For more, read the story.
