Custodian at a Nursing Home Facility Charged Following Allegations of Sexual Assault with a Patient

Several charges are pending against a man formerly employed by a nursing home for the alleged sexual assault of a patient. According to court documents, the accused was employed as a custodian at the nursing home facility. The documents continue to allege that this man had attempted unwanted physical and sexual contact with a disabled patient.
