A nursing home has been sued after the death of one of its residents who suffered multiple falls while at the facility.
During December 2004 until July 2005, the woman fell several times. In the final fall she sustained fractured her left femur and right knee.
Because
she had previously fallen at the nursing home, the lawsuit states that the nursing home and its owners should have known of her
susceptibility to falls and fractures. For more, read the story.
