A ninety-four year old woman was purportedly mishandled by her caretaker at a nursing home in one state. According to the arrest report, the alleged victim told her own son about the employee’s misconduct. Her son played back video surveillance located in the nursing home, confirming the employee’s abuse.
The son reported the employee to the nursing home facility, and the employee has since been suspended. The employee has also been reported to the Department of Children and Families and charged with abusing an elderly person. For more, read the story.
