An investigation is underway at a nursing home where a woman says she was sexually assaulted. Police are looking into the allegations. They detectives say they want to ensure the safety of the other patients in the home.
The home cares for women only making other possible assaults a concern. The case has brought rising concerns that stem from a study in 2000 noting that only 30 percent of sexual assaults for those over age 65 are reported. For more, read the story.
