The family of a loved one has filed a lawsuit suing a nursing home for abuse of a patient in their care. An employee and caregiver at the nursing home is accused of tickling the patient's nose with a feather and then smearing feces on their face. The employee was hired negligently according to an investigation of the employee after the incident.
