A nursing home is being sued in regards to a resident who died in their care. The lawsuit does not involve her alleged poor care directly, however. The filing involves a dispute over the legitimacy of her arbitration papers.
The resident’s son and administrator of her estate is saying it is not, because she signed papers in a state of depression without her family present. The jury will decide if the papers are legitimate or not. For more, read the story.
