A lawsuit has been filed against a nursing home for negligent care of one of its patients. The patient suffered multiple pressure sores leading to her death. An administrator of the estate said, the nursing home “failed to properly and accurately assess her decedent’s condition and failed in supervising the care and treatment to prevent the development and deterioration of multiple pressure sores.”
The patient developed the pressure sores and died within a month. A lawsuit requests a trial by jury. For more, read the story.
