A former nursing home administrator and convicted felon has been charged with theft. After serving a seven-year jail sentence, the woman has committed another crime. The crime involves fraud for requesting checks from an elderly man totaling $322,300. The woman told the elderly man that she was selling bed licenses for $25,000 each.
The beds belonged to a former nursing home where she used to be the administrator 12 years ago. The same administrator was also previously accused of involuntary manslaughter. She faces a preliminary hearing for the charges soon. For more, read the story.
