A former nursing home manager has been indicted for theft with six felony counts of exploitation of a vulnerable person and one of embezzlement. The nursing home manager stole $250 from six different residents’ trust accounts. She also stole between $5,000 and $25,000 from the nursing home’s trust account.
If convicted, she will face up to 70 years in prison and $35,000 in fines. For more, read the story.
