The family of a nursing home patient suspected abuse after the patient told them she was being mistreated. The patient had experienced a split lip and bruises on her face. In response, the family placed a hidden camera in the patient's room.
As a result, the camera recorded the patient being sprayed with water in the face and a towel placed over her mouth. Another caregiver punched the patient and hit her. One of the caregivers was arrested and the family filed a lawsuit immediately. For more, read the story.
