After hearing of the abuse, daughter of 93-year old patient set up a hidden camera in her mother’s room at the nursing home. Footage shows the nursing assistant holding down the patient and physically abusing her all while she groaned and pleaded for her to be let go. When asked about the abuse from the nursing assistant the daughter explained, “Everything to her seemed to be like a game of torture…”
One instance caught on camera included the nursing assistant shoving some form of a “mess” into the patient’s mouth. Also seen on the video, the nursing assistant snatching the patient and hitting her repeatedly while the patient screamed for help.
