Hospital Cited For Staffing Shortage

A hospital has been cited for a staffing shortage after an unannounced survey took place. The state department of health received a packet from bourses working at the hospital,  notifying them of the staffing shortages.  The hospital has to form a plan of correction in order to be deemed back in compliance.  

One nurse started sure believed there was a shortage of registered nurses. She also believed the motivation was to increase profit. For more,  read the story.
