Lawsuit Filed Against Nursing Home for Negligence, Injuries, and Wrongful Eviction of Resident

A nursing home facility in one state was just named defendant in a lawsuit that alleges a United States military veteran was neglected on multiple counts.  According to the new lawsuit, the facility experienced problems with bacteria contamination in the HVAC system, which caused the veteran to become sick and hospitalized.  Following hospitalization, the lawsuit claims the veteran fell and developed pressure ulcers on his body.

In addition to the injuries, the lawsuit states that the facility retaliated against the veteran and wrongfully evicted him.  The veteran was a long-time resident of this facility of over fifteen years.  For more, read the story.
