A man broke into a nursing home scaring residents and staff by shooting a flare gun. He claimed to be an ex-military man with a mental illness. Witnesses believed there were two men, one setting fires and one shooting off guns. However, police identified only one man after using pepper ball munition to capture him.
“He was trying to force his way in (to the building,)” a policeman said. “The report we got said that he had a gun and he was starting fires and that he was firing his gun.” The man was arrested by the police. For more, read the story.
