A taxi driver preyed on the most vulnerable clients to build his business. All the while, he was abusing them. His business card was the ultimate false advertisement, “Are you a senior citizen or physically or medically disabled – I can help you to be more independent. I will see you safely on the train or bus and meet you on your return.”
He plead guilty after a 94-year-old woman reported that he was abusing her. She said he would sneak into her room to assault her. Other times the assault took place when picking her up through his taxi service and abusing her once he had her off the property. He is now serving jail time for his offenses.
