A nursing home patient has died of hypothermia after being left outside the facility. The patient was found outside in freezing temperatures. The 76-year-old female patient received an autopsy to determine her death. Currently police and authorities are investigating the details.

A lawsuit filed against the facility alleges physical and emotional injuries sustained at the nursing home during the time of his care. Additional claims include a failure to prevent mental and physical abuse. The damages sought are $15,000 in the failure to prevent mental and physical abuse.
A nursing home patient was taken from her nursing home by an individual unknown to the family. Video surveillance revealed the patient being wheeled out of the nursing home by an unidentified individual. Police were contacted to locate the patient suffering from dementia. “[The patient] has dementia, speaks limited English, is extremely frail and cannot walk by herself,” said a police spokeswoman.
