A nursing home patient is dead after she and another patient wandered from the nursing home facility where they were residents. Upon realization that the patients were missing, police were called to search. A resident called the police during the search to state that the patients were in their backyard. The police investigation reveals that the patients probably left the facility through an unsecured door.
