The family of a loved one has filed a lawsuit suing a nursing home for abuse of a patient in their care. An employee and caregiver at the nursing home is accused of tickling the patient's nose with a feather and then smearing feces on their face. The employee was hired negligently according to an investigation of the employee after the incident. The nursing home also failed to properly report the incident.
