An intoxicated man was allowed to enter a nursing home and sexually abuse a patient. The nursing home did not comment on the incident. However, a nurse at the nursing home found the man under the influence of alcohol in the room of a patient in the act of the assault. The man was charged with alcohol intoxication, indecent exposure and sexual abuse.

A nursing home chain is being accused of filing false Medicare and Medicaid claims for patient reimbursements.
