Nursing Home Lawsuit Pending For Falls And Injuries Of Patient

A lawsuit is pending on behalf of a nursing home patient citing falls that caused injuries. The patient was allowed to fall three times leading to injuries each time. Injuries involved skin tears, a head laceration, skull fractures, and numerous hematomas from the final and most serious fall.  The family is seeking damages of $50,000 for expenses, plus a jury trial.
