He says his mother suffered bed sores and was not bathed at the home. A nursing home caregiver is in danger after failing to administer 500 prescription drugs for pain to six patients in his care for 103 days. He instead stole the drugs from the facility and kept them for himself. A complaint has been filed regarding the abuse of a nursing home patient. A nursing home advocate has been watching the facility for some time, noting severe deficiencies in care. Nursing Assistant Charged With Assault And Battery Of Patient

Charges have been filed against a nursing home assistant for assaulting a dementia patient. Another nurse testified that the patient was struggling and hit her in the process. The nursing assistant facing charges allegedly drug the patient out of his wheelchair and into the hallway, pulling him by his hair.  The nursing assistant pleaded not guilty to the charges, saying he was pulling the patient by his shirt, not his hair.
