Nursing Home Settles Class-Action Lawsuit Against Over-Medication of Antipsychotic Drugs

Nursing Home Adds Substance Abuse Recovery To Long-term Care Offerings

One nursing home is beginning to integrate substance abuse rehabilitation and recovery with long-term care facilities.  Baby boomers with addictions are predicted to increase to 5-7 million in 2020, double the amount since 2006. In order to combat the additions, the nursing home has opened eight beds for patients battling rehabilitation and recovery.
