Statewide Initiative Seeks To Improve Nursing Home Healthcare Quality

One state looking to improve the quality of care in nursing homes statewide is starting a new initiative that will ultimately be required for all nursing homes in the state. The Department of Health is partnering with the Center for Aging and Community to provide regional programs for training and support. The initiative is called The Regional Healthcare Quality Improvement Collaborative Project.
