Patients in one particular nursing home have had repeated reports of bed sores and sepsis. The level of concern for patients in that home led to strict actions. The nursing home is the only one of 475 homes located in its particular state that has had its license revoked for perpetual violations.

A nursing home resident is paralyzed after a fight in a rec room. Two residents got into an argument and a physical altercation ensued. One man beat the other resident’s head onto a table as many as five times after punching him in the face.

A nursing home aide has been charged with injuring a 100-year-old patient after moving her into a wheelchair without assistance.
