Nursing Home Facility Phlebotomist Accused of Harming Elderly Patient, Caught on Video

After the daughter of an elderly patient at a nursing home facility placed a camera in her father’s bedroom, footage later revealed a health care worker allegedly harming the patient.  The video recording displayed the worker handling the patient in a rough manner, even what appeared to be twisting the patient’s arm.  According to a report, the health care worker was not employed by the nursing home, but was a contracted phlebotomist drawing the patient’s blood.
