According to court documents, the employee purportedly failed to notify medical staff that one patient had fallen from bed and potentially sustained injuries. Documents continue to claim that the employee simply placed the patient back in bed and pretended to be unaware of the fall.

A nursing home facility has been fined more than $3,000 after an improper medication administration. According to a report, a physician at the facility ordered 5 milligrams of morphine to be administered to a patient. A nurse administered 50 milligrams of morphine to the patient after misreading the dosage.
