The family of an elderly woman have filed a lawsuit after finding a caretaker installed a stripper pole inside the elder woman’s home. The family of the 92-year-old said the woman’s backyard is filled obvious signs of abuse. Family Sues State After 22-Year-Old Beaten and Left for Dead at Care Facility

The family of a severely disabled young man have filed a federal complaint against the state after staff at a residential care center allegedly beat him with a stick. The 22-year-old was neglected and malnourished before he died of pneumonia last year. Assisted Living Facility Resident In Critical Condition After Falling Through Floor

The owner of an assisted-living facility has been charged with reckless endangerment after an 84-year-old resident fell through a floor, suffering a head injury and several broken bones, according to police.
