A traffic stop led to the discovery of property stolen from residents at a nursing home, according to police. On Monday, police spotted a vehicle with false registration. When they stopped the car and spoke with the driver, they noted that the woman had several warrants out for her arrest.

A caregiver in Florida has been arrested for allegedly leaving an elderly woman in her care sitting in the woman’s car while she was in a casino. The caregiver is now in jail, charged with elderly neglect after a good samaritan found the 95-year-old woman waiting in her car alone on day so hot it broke records.
