The mother of a victim of alleged caregiver abuse is publicly speaking out. Her son was a resident at a group home and required very specific medical attention for his daily needs. While at this group home, her son sustained injuries including a broken neck, a broken nose, and lacerations. These injuries ultimately resulted in his transfer to a hospital for intensive care.
According to the mother, her son may not be the only victim of abuse at this group home. “Police need to dig a lot deeper,” she stated during an interview. For more, read the story.
