One nursing home is potentially facing an abrupt but possibly not surprising closure. For nearly two years, numerous citations from its state’s Department of Public Health have impeded the success of this nursing home facility. The facility is currently prohibited from admitting new residents, and its current residents are being relocated to other facilities.
