A nurse at an assisted living facility was arrested and charged for the alleged sexual battery of an elderly resident. The resident, who suffered from multiple medical complications, reported to facility management and subsequently to police that a nurse had molested him. The nurse had reportedly disappeared for over an hour before another employee found her in the victim’s bathroom, dressing herself.
