A nurse has been charged with sexual assault after abusing several critical care patients at a hospital. The defendant is accused two counts of object rape, a first-degree felony, and forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony. According to his victims, incidents involve the nurse using catheters, EKG monitors and alcohol to provide opportunity for sexual encounters.
Although no longer employed at the hospital where the alleged incidents took place, the nurse is currently employed at two hospitals. However, he has not yet been arrested or removed from the healthcare environments in which he works. For more, read the story.
