A certified nursing assistant is charged with raping a patient after he “was found in a room with the victim under inappropriate circumstances”. The patient victim was 69 years old. The hospital evaluated her. It was verified that the patient was not under the attacker’s direct care.
The suspect will be arraigned next week for indecent assault and battery charges in addition to rape. For more, read the story.
