According to police, a man is in jail after being accused of choking and slapping a 92-year-old man at a nursing home late last month. A judge ordered the former nursing home employee held on $100,000 bail, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The 51-year-old nursing assistant is charged with aggravated battery to a senior citizen. Another employee of the facility witnessed the man when he slapped an elderly resident twice in the face before he grabbed him and pulled him by the neck.
