A nursing home patient suffering from Alzheimer's was experiencing abuse at a nursing home. “We started to notice a lot of phone calls and complaints coming into us, telling us about some strange and weird stories like someone is throwing shoes at her and throwing water on her,” said her son. “And she’s crying and wants to get out of there so badly.”
However, the nursing home was calling the family and says the complaints made by the patient were outlandish. A nursing home individually came forward to the family to tell them the abuse was truly taking place and they should believe their loved ones claims. For more, read the story.
