Nursing home caregivers were caught on camera abusing a patient. The caregivers threatened, taunted and verbally abused the patient. A criminal complaint was filed.
Prosecutors contend the caregivers threatened to physically abuse the patient as well, challenging her to a fight. “The way they treated my mother is maltreatment, they stripped her of her dignity,” said the son of the abused patient. For more, read the story.
