A nursing assistant posted a video of a patient while in the shower. The patient was sitting in a chair and being sprayed with water by other staff. The assistant then posted the video to Snapchat. The video was seen by co-workers and she was reported to the executive director of the nursing home.
The nursing assistant was arrested and suspended, while a full investigation ensued. Charges include a felony voyeurism, a misdemeanor sale, distribution or exhibition of obscene matter. For more, read the story.
