A nursing home administrator was charged with financial exploitation on four counts. The administrator purchased recliners with resident’s trust fund money to be used for the patient’s personal expenses. The purchase amounted to $1,691.69.
The administrator told the nursing home’s receiver it was for the nursing home’s common area. The families had no idea the money was being used for this purchase. For more, read the story.
