Nursing Home Administrator Charged with Obstructing Justice

A former nursing home administrator is facing sentencing for obstruction of justice. The administrator allegedly was dishonest during a federal health care fraud investigation. She was scheduled to be sentenced Monday in federal court.

Authorities say the former administrator admitted she provided false information to federal agents by stating she had witnessed a patient sign an admissions agreement when she knew the signature was a forgery.
