Nursing Home Administrator Guilty Of Theft Of Patients

A nursing home administrator has been charged with theft after opening credit cards in patients' names and charging more than $70,000 to them. The administrator was first investigated over health violations that left two patients dead. Patients were also left overnight without supervision under the administrator's care.

Due to the violations, the assisted living program's license was revoked.  The administrator will spend 48-52 months in prison and pay restitution for all of the funds stolen. For more, read the story
