A nursing home administrator was removed from her position and as a nurse for her negligence as a caregiver and administrator. Four care workers were convicted of abusing residents under her care. She was removed of her duties as a nurse for failing to oversee and protect patients adequately from abuse.
“She was the final line of defense to protect the vulnerable residents at the home and she failed in that duty.
