Nursing Home Administrator Suspended, Charged With Assault Of Patient

A nursing home administrator has been suspended after allegations of abuse arose. A patient suffering from dementia was certain she had taken a shower already, but the administrator forced her to take one anyway. In the force of the incident, the patient was left bruised and the family reported it to the police department. 

The administrator was charged with third-degree assault and battery. Police are investigating the incident. This makes the 36th investigation of the facility due to complaints of patient care.  For more, read the story
