Former nursing home employee faces criminal charges. The certified nursing assistant at the facility allegedly abused employees and patients. In one incident, his patient “was verbally abused, and she was physically abused, sexually abused, in a very rough manner that caused bleeding.” The nursing home administrators ignored and enabled this abuse.
Prior to the patient’s abuse, an anonymous note was left for management that stated; [he] “had placed duct tape over the mouth of a resident to keep her quiet because she would not stop yelling out.” He is also charged with four other counts of sexual abuse from when he sexually harassed and assaulted at least four female nurses at the facility.
