A 22 year old nursing home aide has been charged with raping a 92 year old resident. Upon discovery of the allegations, the aide was fired and has been in jail since November 26. The aid accused of rape, felonious assault, and patient abuse.
The resident was taken to the hospital when the alleged rape took place on November 24. The nursing home aide could serve up to 19 years in prison. For more, read the story.
