A nursing home aide has resigned after being charged with endangering the life of a disabled person. The aide indecently exposed himself to a disabled stroke patient while working at the nursing home. A criminal complaint was filed for his willful violation of the Public Health Law.
Police arrested the aide placed him in jail. He is being held on $2,000 bail. For more, read the story.
